Yes! If the weather affects your tour or activity, we’ll work with you to reschedule at no extra cost. If rescheduling isn’t possible, you can request a credit voucher for future use. If you prefer a refund, please note that up to 15% may be withheld due to third-party payment processing fees.
You can cancel for any personal reason up to 72 hours before your scheduled tour. You’ll have two options:
- Receive a credit voucher for future use (no penalty), or
- Request a refund (a 15% fee may apply to cover processing costs).
Yes! You can request to reschedule your tour up to 24 hours in advance. A small 10% rescheduling fee applies. We’ll do our best to adjust your plans with ease!
If you don’t show up on the day of your activity without informing us at least 24 hours in advance, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or reschedule. This is considered a no-show.
- Group tours: Admission tickets are usually included (unless stated otherwise).
- Private tours: Admission fees are not included unless specified.
- Meals and drinks are only included when clearly mentioned in your tour package.
Yes! Children aged 4 to 12 may receive discounted rates on some tours. Students with a valid international student ID can also receive special rates on selected entrance tickets. Make sure to share your student ID before the tour!
All tours are led in English. Additional languages like Spanish, French, German, Italian, or Mandarin may be available upon request (subject to guide availability).

Yes! Tours run within a set time frame (usually 4h, 6h, or 8h). If you’d like more time, we can extend the experience with an extra hourly rate—just ask!
We recommend leaving valuables at your accommodation. While we are not liable for lost personal items, we recommend you have personal travel insurance for extra peace of mind.
Yes! You may be photographed or filmed during the experience by guides or other guests. By participating, you agree that these images can be used for promotional purposes—unless you let us know otherwise. 😊
